To check your card balance or recent activity, Call (within Canada) 800-755-8608 or go online at getmybalance.com. You will require the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code shown on your card.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit and Cash are accepted.

The FUNDS on your Gift Card never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call us at 705-566-9080 to get a replacement card and have the existing funds transferred to your new card.

Notify us as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your original gift card.
